Design verification and DFM

Before production begins, Benlida reviews design files and performs Design for Manufacturability (DFM) checks to ensure the PCB layout is optimized for efficient and reliable manufacturing.

PCB fabrication

During fabrication, copper layers are patterned through etching, holes are drilled for electrical connections, and plating is applied to create conductive pathways between layers.
