Quality Reports
The quality inspection report serves as the definitive outcome of the comprehensive quality inspection process undergone by the product. By undergoing meticulous and rigorous testing, we can ascertain with confidence that the product meets the applicable quality standards and safety requirements, thereby ensuring its suitability for use and fulfilling the expectations of our customers.
Certificate of Conformance
We’ll offer a certificate proving order dispatch meets specified needs. Quality reports are available for injection molding, die-casting, stamping, and CNC machining processes.
Material Certificates
Material certificates verify the composition of purchased raw materials. Issued by the supplier, these documents are available for stamping, die-casting, CNC machining, and injection molding processes.
Dimensional Report
Dimensional reports offer details regarding the critical dimensions of parts. These parts are selected at random from the production area and undergo inspection and verification against the permissible tolerances.
RoHS Report
Our RoHS compliance certificate confirms that there are no hazardous substances in the materials and finished products during the CNC machining process, guaranteeing that our products are eco-friendly.
More Professional Services
Incoming Inspection of Materials
We conduct inspections and tests on materials supplied by vendors to guarantee their compliance with customer demands and our quality standards. The inspection covers aspects such as appearance, dimensions, and hardness. Upon successful completion, we document the results in the “Incoming Material Inspection Report”.
In-process Inspection
Once machine setup is done, all manufacturing orders undergo a rigorous first-article inspection by our skilled IPQC team, with a senior engineer providing expert guidance. Both operators and IPQC closely monitor crucial dimensions throughout production, ensuring the highest precision and quality standards.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A pre-shipment inspection ensures components meet specifications before being shipped. This involves scrutinizing their appearance, measuring dimensions, testing tensile strength, and evaluating Shore hardness. Furthermore, we provide tailored quality control services to meet individual needs as required.
Quality Documentation
We offer extensive quality documentation covering all projects, encompassing inspection reports, certifications of materials, and documents of compliance.
